Return Policy
Hello! With Frankie Tresser’s prints, your satisfaction is her number one priority. If you receive a damaged print or the print is not up to your standards, please contact her at frankietresser@icloud.com to begin a return and refund. Items will be shipped back to Frankie in the original packaging, as well as all things within. As soon as items are received, a refund will be issued. It should take around 1-2 weeks for money to be refunded to your bank account or whatever payment process.
The cost of return will be covered and paid for by the customer and sent back to Frankie Tresser. Prints are able to be returned 30 days after receiving them.
